WASD to move camera, and Scroll to zoom.

Right Click to adjust units and Left Click to place unit.

Cars must be placed on roads, and standing units cant be placed on road.

Identify mysterious individuals and gather clues to find criminals.

The more ground you have uncovered at once, the faster you uncover clues.

Keep criminals in the light to arrest them.

Get money from mysterious individuals, clues, and arrests to buy more units.

Be ready to supply backup during arrests!

All units are recalled during a day/night switch along with a new set of strangers.

If the day/night change occurs while there are still criminals then you will lose health.

Try to improve your high-score.
